Anitra Payne LCSW-C, LICSW

Hello, I am the owner of Trinity Wellness Group. I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist in Maryland and Washington, DC. As a mental health professional, and former Washington, DC Public School social worker I have over 12 years of experience working in social services. My professional career has afforded me the education and competency to work with various demographics! I have clinical experience supporting individuals suffering in many different mental health areas regarding depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, challenges in work-life, family dynamic conflict and history of child abuse, sexual abuse, and domestic violence; to name a few. My experience and knowledge is what now drives the Trinity Wellness Group LLC and its work in the community and mental health field.


Ki'Asha Sanders, CSW

Hello, my name is Ki’Asha Sanders! I am a licensed social worker, in the state of Maryland. I graduated from Howard University with my bachelor's degree while proceeding to obtain my master’s degree from Fordham University. I have worked in the mental health field in a wide variety of schools within the Washington, D.C. and the Maryland area. Currently, I am a School Based Therapist. I have always had a passion for working with people. This passion has been the driving force towards my devotion in my career to help people better themselves. It will be my pleasure to work with you on all of your future goals and objectives! 


Ashlee Jeffers, LMSW

Hello, my name is Ashlee Jeffers I am a licensed social worker, - LMSW in the state of Maryland. I graduated from Coppin State University in 2016 with my bachelor's degree in Social Work. In 2018, I graduated from Walden University with my master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. In 2020, I returned to Walden University to obtain my master’s degree in Social Work. I have worked in the mental health field since 2010. I have experience working with populations suffering from mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and homelessness. My goal is to help clients facilitate behavior changes, as well as improve their ability and effectiveness to cope with challenging situations they face.
